Deposit and Payment
For bookings made more than 6 weeks before the holiday a deposit of 25% of the cost will be payable when making the booking; the balance will be due no later than 6 weeks before the holiday starts.
For bookings made within 6 weeks of the holiday you will need to pay in full at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation you may be entitled to a refund. The refund will be calculated as follows:

6 weeks or less – no refund unless the cottage can be re-let, in which case any refund will be at the discretion of the owner.

More than 6 weeks – your liability to pay the balance will be waived, however, the Deposit will not be refunded unless the cottage can be re-let.
NB: We strongly advise taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible cancellation costs and your holiday at Caldhu Cottage. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
